Semester Exams and the Library

Students and Staff:

In order to help our students prepare for their semester exams, the lower library will be open for Quiet Study on exam days. Computer access will be limited to work related to exams. In addition, the upper library will be closed during exam week because it is being used for testing.

Be Prepared
Students who want to come to the library during their study hall periods must be in the library before the start of that exam period, have a current student ID, and be prepared to stay in the library during the entire period. In order to maintain a quiet atmosphere in the school during exams, no passes will be issued. Come prepared to work quietly for the entire 90 minutes.

Preparing for Final Exams

Hornets:

Are you feeling some pressure to get everything done by the end of the semester? Do you have to compete for computer time with your brother or sister? Well, the Library Media Center has the answer for you. The LMC will be open until 6:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week. That’s right, 6:00 pm! You can come in and type that paper or complete your research. If you want to schedule a study group, you can do that also. So, take advantage of this extra time to get your assignments done and to start studying for your final exams. Remember, the library will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday January 8, 9 & 10, until 6:00 pm.
